Join our Commodities and Global Markets Account Management team as a Deal Manager Analyst in New York and be part of a global business that thrives on innovation and collaboration. You'll work alongside talented professionals in Sydney, New York, and London, supporting CGM's Financial Markets lending businesses, including Structured Credit & Securitisations, Credit Liquidity Solutions, and Fund Financing.

What role will you play?

In this dynamic role, you will partner closely with Structuring, Origination, and Legal teams to support day-to-day lending activities. You will play a key role in managing the lending lifecycle, interpreting credit agreements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance workflow and risk management frameworks.
Salary range for this position: $70,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • At least two years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar operational role within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or another quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder, and client management communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • A proactive risk management approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
