Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting Pay: $19.00+ per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift details: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) OT as needed on Friday Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid holidays Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis 401K with company match Health Care: l medical, dental and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after one year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service) Material Handler Duties & Responsibilities Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks Responsible for delivering material in a timely manner Use scanners and computers to receive incoming products and freight Prepare customer orders and verify quantities Must practice safety awareness Responsible for receiving vendor materials and returned goods Must be willing to be a part of a team Job Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
