We're hiring a Salesforce Declarative Developer to build secure, scalable solutions that power business performance within our Salesforce platform. If you are a self-starter and excel in Salesforce flow builder, approval processes, automation, complex security models, and platform optimization-this role is for you.
This role is This position will be located in Lakeville MN, on-site Monday -Thursday and remote Friday. Core hours for position are 8am - 5pm.

What You'll Do
- Design and Enhance Declarative Solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow Builder, App Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) across Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service), including custom objects and apps. Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce security architecture-including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and external portal security-across all configurations and user types. - Apply and Enforce Platform Security Best Practices
Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce security architecture-including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and external portal security-across all configurations and user types. - Translate Complex Business Requirements into Scalable Configurations
Analyze and translate business processes into efficient Salesforce configurations and automations, following agile principles. - Handle Full Lifecycle of Business Change Requests
Handle Salesforce business user change requests assigned from start to finish - including gathering requirements, designing solutions, documenting changes, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), deploying updates, and providing post-launch support. - Stay Current with Salesforce Platform Updates
Continuously monitor Salesforce releases and proactively assess and apply new features or required platform changes relevant to security and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Salesforce Declarative Tools Expertise
Proven experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flow Builder, Approval Processes, App builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules. With deep knowledge of applying Salesforce security through roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules etc. - Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and able to clearly articulate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences - Passion for continuous learning and a strong commitment to quality
Passion for continuous learning of Salesforce tools and release features, with a strong commitment to quality through thorough UAT testing and validation of both individual and team-developed solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years Salesforce experience with strong hands-on declarative expertise.
- Salesforce Admin Certification (required)
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification (preferred)
- Salesforce App Builder Certification (a plus)
