The Sustaining Engineering Senior Project Lead will lead and support product and process change projects for existing Hollister products and processes, focused on both Ostomy & Continence Care. The projects would be primarily relating to Supply Security (stay in business), cost savings, regulatory and process improvement projects. The Senior Project Lead will be required to establish and maintain a high-performance culture within the team while committing to results. This person would also represent the Sustaining Engineering function at their location, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of the Change Project Governance and Change Control processes.

Responsibilities:
|
- Live the Hollister Immutable principles
- Plan & Leads large complex change projects, including design change projects, to sustain and improve Operations
- Develop realistic action steps, timetables, and resource estimates for projects
- Identify project resource requirements and engaging with senior leaders to gain cross-functional support needed to ensure project delivery success.
- Assume project management roles coordinating the activities of various cross functional groups such as clinical, regulatory, and stability.
- Drive a high-performance culture with a commitment to delivering results
- Utilize structured thinking approach within the project team to take weighted responsible decisions and delegate tasks as appropriate to ensure the project remains on track
- Manage and track project against plan and communicate regularly with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Coach & Mentor project team members and other associates to ensure project delivery, utilizing best practice project management skills
- Actively participate on cross-functional teams to enhance project processes
- Supports technical management in establishing goals and strategies
- In support of the new projects introductionsfacilitate regular Change Control Board meetings both locally and globally
- Support the Change Control process, reviewing detail inline with the Quality Management System, complete approvals, support improvements & training as required

Work Experience Requirements
|
8+ years' experience with a strong track record in driving the implementation of large complex projects, preferably in the medical device industry
|
Education Requirements
|
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline required
- PMP Certification or similar qualification in project management is desirable

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
|
- Experience with project management tools and skills; with knowledge of process and project planning best practices.
