Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. The Cancer Epidemiology Research Program in the Public Health Sciences Division is seeking a highly motivated individual to support a complex cancer research study involving health and behavioral interventions. The Cancer Epidemiology Program is part of the Fred Hutch's Division of Public Health Sciences, home of an extensive portfolio of population science research, large specimen and data repositories, a SEER cancer registry, a prevention center designed for intervention research and a multidisciplinary faculty. Fred Hutch, together with the University of Washington and Seattle Children's, is an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with training programs for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Dr. Dong-Woo Kang's Lab is seeking motivated Study Aides to support ongoing work in lifestyle (exercise and nutrition) intervention clinical trials in patients with cancer. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in patient-centered research, exercise science, nutrition, or oncology to gain hands-on experience in a clinical research environment. This is a paid, hourly position requiring a minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week, performed at Fred Hutch Cancer Center in Seattle, WA. This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely. Responsibilities Job Duties:
Screening patients for study eligibility and assisting with clinical trial recruitment efforts.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $20.76 to $29.54 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees access to a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program, paid sick leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked), and prorated paid holidays (up to 13 days per year).
