        | Position Type |  | Full Time |  |  |  | Description Scope of Work: The Foreman will ensure and accept responsibility shop space and equipment efficiency, while coordinating the workload of shop and field mechanics in conformance with sales and customer orders for the Construction Machinery Division.  Job Responsibilities: The Foreman is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:  
 
     
 Assign service jobs and work areas to employeesPrepares warranty claim repair orders for construction machinery Analyzes status of work in progress and keeps service manager informedPrepares estimates on shop overhaulsInterviews and hires personnel as neededIssues required manuals and service bulletins to shop and field mechanicsOversees housekeeping, frequency of safety meetingsPromotes good welfare among the company and its' divisionPerform other duties as assigned
 
 
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 
 
     
 Must have 5 year(s) previous experienceG.E.D. or High School DiplomaTrade school or special training preferred
 
 
 Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)  
 
     
 Must have a working knowledge of the above position and how it relates to the overall business and its' objectives Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards. Must be able to pass and maintain drug and alcohol testing requirements as outlined by the Department of TransportationMust be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the companyMust conform to policies and procedures set forth by the companyMust be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to bend and twist several times a day Must have the ability to work flexible hours and daysMust be dependable and work independentMust maintain good client relationsMust maintain a professional appearanceMust promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environmentMust have the ability to supervise and motivate othersMust have the ability to effectively evaluate othersMust protect the company assets and interest
