This Learning Consultant is responsible for administering and optimizing the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), providing effective learning experiences for bank team members through course administration, configuration, campaigns, machine learning, reporting, and user support. This Learning Consultant will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, including training delivery, partnership, and support of existing and future Workday functionality rollouts. (e.g. Workday HCM, Finance, and LMS)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

LMS Administration / Optimization

  • Administer catalog, topics, courses, programs, lessons, and assets in Workday Learning
  • Configure and optimize personalized, machine learning experiences, dashboards, business processes
  • Administer learning campaign assignments and associated due dates and notifications
  • Build and test learning objects such as events, sessions, materials, tests, checklists
  • Create and maintain LMS learner groups for learning assignments and requirements
  • Establish program structures and certifications with applicable sequencing and date logic
  • Lead catalog maintenance and regular audits of learning assets to ensure current, relevant catalog
  • Generate reports on learning activities, course completions, and user engagement to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with learning team on how to best structure programs, campaigns, spotlights, and reports

LMS Training Delivery / Partnership

  • Serve as Workday Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert
  • Partner closely with HR Innovation & IT (future enhancements), Talent Acquisition (new hire course assignments), Talent Management (talent profiles, mentoring, succession planning) for continued learning integration and initiatives.
  • Deliver training on existing and future Workday functionality; strengthen LMS proficiency and utilization
  • Leverage Workday Community for LMS enhancements, improvements, trends, and best practices

LMS Learner Support

  • Provide Workday Learning end-user support by responding to Source tickets and Corporate Learning mailbox
  • Analyze and prepare course data such as completions, surveys, and/or evaluations
  • Generate standard and custom reports for project managers, compliance partners, auditors
  • Monitor reporting to ensure timely close-out of session rosters by learning consultants
  • Monitor bank-wide dashboard reporting for management notifications and/or HR escalation next steps
  • Recommend LMS solutions to deliver, track, and measure performance supporting division / unit needs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three (3) years of Workday Learning Management System (LMS) administration is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Training Delivery and/or related Communications experience is required.
  • Bachelor and/or Associate degree in Technology, Education, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
  • Training Delivery experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Experience with ServiceNow a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills required, especially Microsoft Office.

TRAVEL

  • Travel may be required to attend corporate meetings, team workshops, career development, site visits, deliver training, acquisition/merger support, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift training materials/binders, small-medium boxes, move training tables and chairs, and bend or stand as necessary.
  • Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $66,440.00 - $106,131.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
