AsaProductManager(internally known as Product Roadmap Wizard)you willleadstrategyofourB2BEcommercecustomer journeys andwork to continuously improve customer experiences in innovative ways.You will beresponsible for directing the efforts ofanagile team to delivercapability enhancements andindustry-first innovations that delight customers and help fuel the tremendous growth of Parts Townand our B2B partnerships.You will work closely with business partners to understand customer needs,and communicate all the amazingthings you're building to meet those needs to stakeholders throughout theorganization.If this sounds like something you were born to do, then we would like you to apply!

A Typical Day

  • Establish, own and drive thestrategy forkey B2B capabilitiesbased on customerresearch, analytics andstakeholder feedback
  • Actively engage withengineers,designers,stakeholders, and customers tofollow a 5D productlifecycle, owning the discovery, design,development, delivery and ongoing driving results for features and innovations
  • Buildyourroadmap, and prioritizedprojectsbased on valueto the customer and business
  • Communicate to product leaders and stakeholders your roadmap and deliverables through project briefs, live demos, and sharable artifacts
  • Leadagile ceremonies foryour scrumteam including daily scrum calls, sprint planning,story refinement,sprint demos, and retrospectives
  • WriteEpics andStories in Jirathat align withyour roadmapand communicate effectively what needs to be deliveredbythe development team
  • Along with QA, perform User Acceptance Testingof your features to ensure the development meetstheexpected vision for your product
  • Participate in CRO efforts throughA/B testinganditerationtocontinuouslyimprovethe customer experience
  • Evangelize the new capabilities you bring to life through training and demonstrations to internal and external teams, and partnering with marketing leadersto build a communication strategy

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have3+ years of experience asaProductManagerand/or Product Leader,driving developmentin an agile environmentfor Ecommerce websites and applications
  • You're anall-starcommunicator(written and verbal)and have a passion for deliveringexceptional customer experiences
  • You possess a strong knowledge of agile techniques and best practices,and advocate for modern software development practices
  • You can operate at a strategic level and dive deep into technical details and complexity with ease. You can readily communicate technical and complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • You can handle (and enjoy the variety of) shifting priorities-We areafast-growing company, and thatmeans being nimble to capitalize on opportunities when they arise
  • You just find a way to get things done - You obsess over the details, and you deliver

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. We prioritize our positive workplace culture where collaboration, growth, and work-life balance are celebrated. The salary range for this role is $104,995.50 - 140,485 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
