The Physical Therapy Director of Clinicial Services builds clinical teams focused on service delivery, driving key business metrics, clinician support and growing core business covering multiple outpatient orthopedic clinics within the geographic area. Also, responsible for implementation of strategy and maintaining internal and external relationships across the markets. Ensures superb patient care, satisfaction, and employer experience. Accountable for therapy management and specialist program support and integration within all sites (centers and on-sites) within area of responsibility. 100% G&A with 80% of the time spent at sites. Responsibilities * Ensure quality and patient safety through the execution of evidence-based therapy model and specialist program across markets and service lines * Monitor and collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize clinical outcomes and intervenes with outlier case management * Maintain and develop relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, local communities, etc. to drive market growth while responding to requests within 24 hours This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
