The supply chain facility supervisor is responsible for facilitating, implementing, and measuring all supply chain activities in the assigned the areas at the direction of the site supply chain management, The supply chain facility supervisor oversees assigned supply chain clerks, Consistently anticipates customer needs and expectations; responds to supply inquiries in a timely and effective manner, Performs procurement activities in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures, Responsible for managing product demand and inventory levels using the PAR strategy to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory expenses, Works with clinical resource directors CRD and supply chain procedural area manager to secure approval on all new and different item requests prior to requisitioning, Attire should be scrubs or business appropriate, High School Diploma required Supervisory experience preferred Healthcare supply chain operations experience preferred Valid NJ Driver s License preferred Excellent customer service skills required Risk of injury from equipment used in moving product Ability to lift, pulled push up to 50 lbs All departments, patients, family, visitors, nursing, clinical and medical staff, Practices and adheres to all department and organizational policies, procedures, training, and initiatives, Maintains a working knowledge of all systems and equipment used in the department, Supervises personnel functions for direct reports, including training to achieve maximum staff productivity using automated systems to reduce expenses; Ensures direct reports observe all organizational and department policies and procedures, Assist the manager with identifying areas of improvement and create a plan to address them. Ensures monthly Key Performance Indicators KPIs are met or exceeded, Performs monthly documented inspections and audits of all inventory areas managed by the supply chain, Conducts daily rounding and staff support, Responsible for the research, mitigation, and resolution of customer concerns and escalates when needed.
