The Commodities and Global Markets Technology team is seeking a skilled and proactive Application Support Engineer to provide robust support for our Digital platform and drive the development of tools and monitoring solutions for proactive issue identification and resolution. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the platform while enabling efficient workflows and processes.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility The Application Support Engineer will ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the Digital platform by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing incident resolution. The role also involves designing and implementing monitoring tools and automation frameworks to proactively identify and address potential issues. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and streamlining workflows, the engineer will drive continuous improvements and enhance the platform's operational efficiency.
Salary range for this position: $80,000-112,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
