Role & Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Manager in the North America Sales HUB, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Associates (ISEs) who are focused upon pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Driving strategic outreach across key industries like: Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, and High-Tech, you will serve as the link between Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. Developing and executing inside sales strategies, coaching your team to exceed KPIs, and supporting account-based initiatives and campaigns will be your priority. Qualifications:
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $126,000 - $170,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
