Skills You Will Need Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute a strategic assortment vision that aligns with business initiatives and drives financial targets. Trend Expertise: Strong passion for fashion trends, with the ability to curate compelling assortments that offer value to customers. Vendor Management: Skilled in building and sustaining vendor partnerships, including effective negotiation for optimal value and timely delivery. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership and team collaboration skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and openness to feedback. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer value, ensuring assortments meet both customer needs and trend relevance. Negotiation & Relationship Building: Expertise in vendor negotiations, seeking win-win solutions, and adapting to varying negotiation scenarios. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning, managing liquidity, and adjusting in-season strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think both creatively and strategically to overcome challenges. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office programs, with strong technical skills to mnage data and processes effectively. Who You Are
