RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid



  • Documents and evaluates internal controls, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluates business risks
  • Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
  • Performs detailed review of staff work papers and documentation
  • Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
  • Resolves complex issues/concerns referred by audit team
  • Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
  • Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
  • Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, shares information gained with co-workers
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

*Office located in Newark, Ohio*
* Flexible Work Arrangement: 2 days On-Site; 3 days Remote (On-Site every Tuesday and Wednesday)

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required

Certification as a CIA, CPA or CISA required

4-6 years related work experience preferred
