GENERAL PURPOSE
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal teams within an assigned geographical region. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, service issues, and order-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the order lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Accurately process all incoming customer purchase orders and amendments related to product or delivery schedules.

Act as the single point of contact for all order-related questions, service issues, and warranty/freight claims within your assigned region.

Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and product application specialists to resolve discrepancies and clarify order requirements.

Coordinate required delivery dates with the scheduling team to meet customer expectations.

Work closely with the transportation department to finalize shipping details and ensure all documentation reflects accurate, up-to-date information.

Follow up daily on open issues and proactively communicate status updates to all relevant parties.

Verify that orders comply with customer contract guidelines and internal company policies.

Manage and respond to all incoming emails and phone calls related to customer service within the designated region.

Process payments for labor associated with product repairs or installation of replacement items.

Perform other responsibilities as requested to support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years) preferably in a computerized environment, with emphasis on customer service and data entry.

Skills and Abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to resolve problems professionally and efficiently.

Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in office automation tools, communication platforms, and business software used in the MillerKnoll/Geiger environment.

Knowledge of Geiger product offerings and order processing systems is preferred.
