The Production Admin & EHS Coordinator role closely supports the Production Supervisor on facility-related safety, activities, and initiatives. This role serves as the point of contact for all Environmental Health and Safety programs and leads production inventory management. Additionally, the Production Admin & EHS Coordinator supports the Production Supervisor to help maintain production commitments. Responsibilities: * EHS o Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Health and Safety programs. o Communicate EHS information and training materials to leaders and associates. o Coordinate investigation of accidents, near misses, and potential hazards to determine root causes and recommend actions to prevent recurrence. * Purchasing o Manage inventory levels of supplies to ensure continuous production support. o Create and track purchase orders; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. o Receive and organize incoming materials; reconcile invoices and delivery documentation * Production Staff - Time & Attendance Coordination o Manage and track production staff schedules, time-off requests. o Ensure accurate reporting to payroll systems. * Administrative Support o Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phones, preparing reports, and maintain records. o Liaise between production and Customer Relations to support workflow and resolve operational issues. o Assist in organizing production documents, spreadsheets, and databases. * Production & Scheduling Support o Assist the Production Supervisor in developing and maintaining production schedules. o Monitor production progress and flag potential delays or disruptions. o Assist in developing production reports and performance metrics. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience required. * Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA compliance and regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions. * Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. * Lean Manufacturing certifications are a plus. A starting compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
