The Enterprise Solutions Technician I is responsible for identifying issues and providing creative solutions and efficiencies to complex business problems by utilizing an assortment of tools. Collaborates internally and utilizes knowledge of bank's needs, problem solving skills, and creativity when designing and developing the solutions. Also responsible for testing and evaluating interrelationships of newly designed or modified programs, verifying logic, performing necessary debugging, and writing all relevant documentation. |

ESSENTIAL DUTIES |
- Responsible for successfully designing and developing creative technical solutions to resolve complex business problems and technical issues through the utilization of various tools. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements by considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance when selecting appropriate technologies and tools to build solutions. Solutions are typically driven through workflows, process automation, and the displaying and sharing of data. This duty is performed about 30% of the time.
- Performs problem analysis, risk identification, program development, logic verification, debugging, creation of relevant documentation, and user training for newly created solutions. This duty is performed about 20% of the time.
- Collaborates with internal users and other departments to identify technical issues, determine business needs and strategies, and make suggestions for continuous improvement. This duty is performed about 15% of the time.
- Manages the program design/modification process to ensure open communication between all parties involved in or affected by the project. This duty is performed about 15% of the time.
- Prepares and provides regular project updates and reports to the Enterprise Solutions Manager. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
- Works with Information Technology and Information Services staff to evaluate and document the interrelationship of proposed applications or program modifications with other systems/applications. Monitors and repairs SharePoint workflows and offers support to end users as needed. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance. Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML).
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college and/or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
- 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, and documentation skills required
- Advanced computer support, software support, database analysis, and installation
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, word processing, and technical writing.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS |
- Certifications with the following products are strongly preferred: M365 applications, Workflow (Power Automate), Visio, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Technical documentation, and RPA platforms.
