The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We're looking for an experienced writer for the Technology Content Experience team. Building out our Hyperforce infrastructure is one of the fastest growing and top priority areas of technology at Salesforce. We need a writer to develop technical content and documentation workflows for internal Salesforce service teams who are both onboarding to and rebuilding their Hyperforce services on Google Cloud Platform. You'll work collaboratively with engineers, architects, technical writers, and program managers in Hyperforce infrastructure Engineering.

As a Senior Technical Writer, you'll use a spectrum of your content skills to produce technical documentation for a developer or enterprise software operator audience-creating content experiences that address your customers' key jobs to be done. You'll collaborate with Lead+ level writers, architects, and technical program managers. Depending on the maturity of the project, this role may involve more information architecture and content planning than writing at times. You'll lean into AI tools and innovative ways of producing and managing entire content in partnership with engineering and digital agents-redefining the role of technical writer as you go. You'll follow an intake and tracking process for your work that involves maintaining a backlog of content deliverables, prioritizing order of work, keeping user stories up-to-date, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of technical documentation for Hyperforce infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

  • Execute content plans and contribute to information architecture under the guidance of Lead writers and program managers.

  • Maintain content deliverables backlog and prioritize tasks as delegated.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, writers, and program teams to deliver high-quality documentation.

  • Learn and apply AI-driven content production practices to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Tech Comms, or English.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing for software development or infrastructure audiences.

  • Familiarity with Git, Markdown, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Excellent English writing and editing abilities.

  • Ability to work on delegated tasks, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new technologies.

Desired Experience/Skills

  • AWS (or similar) or high-security industry experience.

  • Exposure to SaaS or infrastructure-level documentation.

  • Experience supporting service-level documentation workflows.
