This position works within our Process Operations Departments assisting with clerk duties, data entry, and other administrative duties.

Main Accountabilities/Safety Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Entering service and labor requisitions in SAP
  • Support maintenance clerk by extracting contractor labor hours and dollars from CATS and export to Excel maintenance report
  • Complete Service Entry Sheets in SAP Workflow
  • Complete Goods Receipts in SAP Workflow
  • Assist with data entry for Area and Plant Reports
  • Extract data for Month End reporting
  • Assist Plant Safety Manager (SOP updates, safety supplies)
  • Fill in for Plant Clerical when needed
  • Assist with SAP Maintenance data base updates

Level 4 - Important Role

  • EHS focus is 100% task oriented
  • Responsible for area specific EHS procedure/policy
  • Responsible for reporting all incidents, defects, and hazards

All employees are responsible for:

  • Compliance with procedures that implement the requirements of the EHS policies and procedures
  • Being responsible for their own actions
  • Carrying out their work in a manner which does not present a risk to themselves, others and the environment
  • Reporting all incidents, defects, hazards and inadequacies of procedures so that appropriate review and corrective action can be taken
  • Suggesting improvements and being active in the general improvement of all systems and methods of work to ensure EHS Support's activities and services are carried out in a safe, environmentally responsible, reliable and cost effective manner
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma necessary, Associate's degree a plus.
  • Prior experience with administrative responsibilities necessary.

Essential & Desirable Expertise

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Ability to learn and master software programs (SAP)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
  • Flexibility needed as day to day changes/issues arise.
Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $49,902.40 - $62,378.00 + overtime

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
