Project Manager Level II

Amyx is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support Financial Systems Infrastructure, Operationsl and Maintenance at the Department of Homeland Security.

* Four (4) year degree in management/business/engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
* Four (4) years of experience in IT related projects, financial management, or business process reengineering directly related to the work to be performed.
* Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with:
* Critical soft skills
* Active listening and verbal communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Flexible and adaptable attitude
* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including other divisions
* Strong computer skills in MS Suite, GitHub, Jira, Confluence and Windows/Linux servers
* Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government

* Familiarity with financial system technology platforms
* Knowledge of ICE OCIO IT policies and procedures and business processes
* Knowledge of DHS/ICE technology and architecture
* Experience within DHS and/or its components
