Associate - Trading sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to assist team, hedge funds, & private equity funds to structure & negotiate funding transactions. Meet with prospective clients to discuss potential funding arrangements. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Negotiating CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) warehouse documentation using Credit Agreement, Preference Share Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, & Security / Account Control Agreements with managers, counsel, & equity providers; Exp with structuring Total Return Swaps & Private Credit Financing Facilities incl.
