From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler based in Nampa, ID. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to minimize downtime, support production goals, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: * High school diploma or GED required. * Associate or bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering, or related field preferred. * 2-5 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, preferably in food manufacturing. * Familiarity with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo) and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. * Strong understanding or willingness to learn mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, and technical manuals. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
