2nd Shift Warehouse Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Join our Warehouse Team at Masters Gallery Foods, where you'll play a key role in setting up orders for shipping, receiving incoming products, and organizing inventory in the warehouse-all under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor.

As you grow in this role, you'll earn regular wage increases:



  • Starting Pay: $25.04/hour
  • After 90 Days: $26.06/hour
  • 1 Year : $27.08/hour


Plus, this position qualifies for an additional $1.00 shift differential pay.

How You Will Contribute to our Legacy of Excellence:



  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and manage inventory.
  • Verify finished product from production and accurately place it in the warehouse.
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring proper placement and documentation.
  • Prepare outgoing loads, load trucks, and ensure orders are complete and stock is rotated correctly.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly to support daily operations.
  • Interact professionally with drivers and complete all necessary shipping and receiving paperwork.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance to support team success and meet customer demands.


What You Bring to the Team:



  • Willingness to learn and safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to charge, change, and sanitize forklift batteries as part of daily operations.
  • Physical strength to lift, carry, and stack up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to read and understand safety guidelines related to equipment and warehouse procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
  • Confidence in using computer programs, RF scanners, and data collection systems with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and complete tasks efficiently.


Working Environment:



  • Frequent exposure to noise, dust, and cool temperatures.
  • Regular use of powered industrial trucks, including stand-up forklifts.
  • Smoke-free campus that supports a healthy and wellness-focused lifestyle.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent lifting and stacking of boxes up to 50 lbs., often at or above shoulder height.
  • Occasional walking, pushing, and pulling on concrete floors.
  • Employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety glasses and safety-toed shoes.
