Position Summary Reporting to the HR Manager, HRIS & Operations, the Payroll Associate serves in a vital role of ensuring payroll is completed timely on a biweekly basis. This role supports employees who are located in over 30 states, with meticulous attention to detail to protect employee's livelihood and organization financial health. The Payroll Associate is responsible for managing the compilation of timekeeping and payroll information, paying employees, data reporting, and ensuring compliance with Deriva policy and regulatory requirements. The associate will work in partnership with our external managed payroll provider and interact with our Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation and Absence team members. This role will also work closely with Information Technology, Finance and Accounting departments to ensure success of the payroll process. The Payroll Associate also works closely with the Finance and Accounting team to ensure all accounting and reporting deliverables are met. The Payroll Associate is continually responsible for providing a high-quality level of customer service to both management and the Company's employees. Key Responsibilities
