Position Summary

The Materials Control Coordinator provides assistance to Marine Office Manager, OPG Marine that support and align with execution and department requirements.


Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL:

  • Assist the Marine Office Manager and department personnel to manage multiple projects, activities, and associated resources.
  • Coordinates and expedites flow of materials and parts within the Oceaneering Marine division.
  • Reviews schedules and related information and confers with Shore Base Personnel to identify overdue materials and to track material.
  • Responsible for processing requisitions for Oceaneering Marine division.
  • Provide project support by maintaining reports on specific cost as tasked.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for tracking all things related to agents.
  • Assist with external and internal client for purposes of reconciliation/review of invoices.
  • Review and entry of expense reports for Marine personnel.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Five (5) years demonstrated experience in job cost tracking, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software-Word, Excel, Access and Project and PeopleSoft Financials/Purchasing.
  • Self-starter.
  • Evidence of strong organizational skills.
  • Evidence of strong business acumen.

DESIRED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of document control systems.
