Position Summary:



The Practitioner in Residence coordinates BME program operations by overseeing faculty recruitment, advising students, and ensuring overall quality.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Faculty recruitment, development, supervision, and evaluation
  • Advising students on semester course registration
  • Determining admissions decisions on a timely basis and attending recruitment events
  • Developing, maintaining, and communicating semester course schedules and logistics
  • Implementing regular program assessment and evaluation
  • Teach one course in the program



Experience & Educational Background:




  • Master's or PhD
  • Professional experience in Biotechnology Management and Entrepreneurship or related fields



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong network of industry connections
  • Capacity for excellence in teaching and mentoring graduate students
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
