Position Summary:

The Practitioner in Residence coordinates BME program operations by overseeing faculty recruitment, advising students, and ensuring overall quality.
|
Position Responsibilities:
|
- Faculty recruitment, development, supervision, and evaluation
- Advising students on semester course registration
- Determining admissions decisions on a timely basis and attending recruitment events
- Developing, maintaining, and communicating semester course schedules and logistics
- Implementing regular program assessment and evaluation
- Teach one course in the program
|
Experience & Educational Background:
|
- Master's or PhD
- Professional experience in Biotechnology Management and Entrepreneurship or related fields
|
Skills & Competencies:
|
- Strong network of industry connections
- Capacity for excellence in teaching and mentoring graduate students
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
