  • Supporting and monitoring action plans derived from Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) with the Customer Director and Project Manager,

  • Ensuring the proper application and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) during contract execution,

  • Managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies to address project challenges effectively,

  • Maintaining a strong focus on process orientation and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle,

  • Demonstrating knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM) and applying Lean principles to improve processes,

  • Collaborating and fostering teamwork to achieve project and organizational goals.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering with a management background depending on the size of the project,

  • Experience or understanding of Project Management and/or Six Sigma methodologies,

  • Knowledge of Processes and Products delivered in a project environment,

  • Familiarity with Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM) and quality tools,

  • Rigor communication skills with Business Partners,

  • Ability to positively influence in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Things you'll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  • Work with customer quality and safety teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle,

  • Progress towards becoming a leader in implementing and maintaining effective quality management processes and driving customer-focused outcomes,

  • Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment that fosters continuous improvement and innovation,

  • Contribute to innovative projects,

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, 401k).
