What you will do The Hardware QA Manager is an exciting opportunity to be part of development of the next generation of AI-driven security solutions! Your role will have a large impact being part of a growing QA team. Technology you test and support will be used to protect people, facilities, and assets, at scale around the world. We are investing heavily for growth of our QA team and looking for change agents with big bold ideas and a highly collaborative working style. This role is onsite based in Westford, MA. Candidates must be commuting distance to the Westford, MA, facility, or able/willing to relocate. The Hardware QA Manager will be responsible for a core division of the QA organization. The team consists of automation engineers, test engineers, and architects that plan and execute a quality strategy to meet requirements for CCURE 9000 hardware. The QA Manager will work with development counterparts, product management, and senior leadership to set plans, schedules, and allocate resources. This is a technical hands-on leadership role that will guide a team in all aspects of quality assurance. Including environmental testing, system troubleshooting, test coverage analysis, and signing off on hardware releases. How you will do it The Hardware QA Manager will be part of an established QA test team responsible for various software, hardware, and firmware projects. The team will use various black and white box testing techniques to identify defects and assist in finding root cause; with the goal of validating product quality standards are met prior to release. We operate under Agile principles, and the QA Manager would often be part of multiple scrum teams providing consulting services and ensuring best practices.
