Work schedules/locations available:

Nurse Manager, Springville: Sunday-Tuesday, and every other Wednesday OR

Nurse Manager, Springville: Every other Wednesday, and Thursday-Saturday OR

Nurse Manager, Provo: Every other Wednesday, and Thursday-Saturday

Your goals and objectives include:

• Manage nursing staffing requirements within staffing standards; evaluate current and projected census and acuity

• Develop monthly staffing schedules and managing nursing employees' requests for time off

• Assist in PRN staffing and scheduling to cover unplanned employee absences

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly staffing reports for the Director of Nursing

• Cover other Nurse Manager locations as needed - provide leadership presence to assigned locations

• Participate in the program's management on-call system.

Your skills and qualifications will include:

• Valid state RN license or authority to practice in Utah
• Current (or eligible for) BLS certification
• Maintaining HIPPA requirements
• Minimum two years nursing experience required; preferably in psychiatric/behavioral health setting
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older, able pass background check and drug screen
