You are a person who loves leading the development and execution of engaging internal messaging, multimedia content and events! We need someone who is experienced in shaping the associate experience through compelling written and digital content, including video, graphic design and culture building materials.

About The Position



  • Develop and execute strategies to inform, engage, and inspire associates across the organization.
  • Lead the functions of experience that include internal communications, digital production, and graphic design functions that support both internal and external customers.
  • Oversee the drafting, editing, and distribution internal newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and organizational updates.
  • Partner internal stakeholders to support change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Establish the best communication practices and ensure consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality multimedia content including videos, presentations, graphics, and digital signage to support internal initiatives.
  • Lead the design and production of culture and engagement materials
  • Maintain a content calendar to align messaging with organizational milestones and events.
  • Manage a team of content creators, videographers, and/or designers (internal or freelance), providing creative direction and project oversight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand communication needs and develop multimedia solutions.
  • Track performance and engagement of internal campaigns, using insights to optimize content and strategy.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience of management in engagement, internal communications, digital content production, events, or corporate media.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills with experience tailoring messaging to different employee audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for creating culture-driven content that connects employees to purpose and values.
  • Demonstrated experience with intranet platforms, digital signage, and internal communication tools
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and video editing platforms.
  • Qualtrics


Preferred Requirements:



  • Demonstrated experience in brand development and implementation.
