Job Description

As an Outbound Coordinator, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you will play a critical part in driving the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our outbound supply chain operations. Acting as the bridge between customer orders and successful delivery, you'll manage logistics functions, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to continuous improvement across the facility.

This is an onsite role located in Whitestown, IN.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading
  • Communicating shipment status with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Managing shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, invoices, export forms) and maintaining audit-ready records
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO-9001 and U.S. export regulations
  • Resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Facilitating communication across WMS, Mainframe, and shipping systems
  • Partnering cross-functionally to drive process improvement and support customer care
  • Engaging in hands-on collaboration with third-party logistics partners
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise platforms like SAP
  • Familiarity with Mainframe systems and BOL platforms
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
  • Understanding of ISO-9001 quality standards and U.S. export compliance requirements
