We are looking for a skilled and proactive Analytics & ML Support Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This individual will serve as the primary contact during the US timezone, ensuring smooth operations of our analytics and machine learning platforms, tools, and data engineering workflows. You will play a critical role in managing and resolving issues across a range of technologies including Snowflake, Power BI, Spotfire, Microstrategy, Tableau, Incorta, Matillion, Fivetran, DataRobot, and RapidCanvas.


Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Incorta) and data platforms (Snowflake, Matillion, Fivetran).

  • Monitor and triage issues related to data pipelines, dashboards, ML workflows, and model deployment.

  • Support and troubleshoot ML tools and platforms including DataRobot and RapidCanvas.

  • Act as the primary DevOps support for data engineering and ML workloads during US business hours.

  • Manage and track support tickets using ServiceNow and Jira; ensure timely resolution or escalation.

  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BI Developers to ensure end-to-end reliability of analytics solutions.

  • Perform regular health checks, diagnostics, and proactive maintenance of key data services and workflows.

  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for knowledge base enrichment.

  • Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process improvements to enhance support effectiveness.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics support, data engineering support, or platform operations.

  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Incorta.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake.

  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion and Fivetran.

  • Exposure to ML platforms such as DataRobot and RapidCanvas is preferred.

  • Strong MLOps experience
  • Understanding of ML workflows and CI/CD pipelines in the data science lifecycle.

  • Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and ability to work independently during US shifts.

Preferred Skills:
  • Scripting (Python, SQL) for debugging and root cause analysis.

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization in Snowflake.

  • Experience with incident management and service monitoring tools.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices in analytics/ML environments.

Colorado Pay Range: USD $106,130 - USD $176,880/ Year

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
