The first step is going to assess environments and be able to propose to understand what needs to be done to merge Capital One and DFS. There are 9 openings that will be integrated with FTE teams to work together to figure out the roadblocks and understand those consequences. They will tackle assessment management of DFS first. Merging environments, integration and implementation Developing some new to ingest from multiple ways 70% customizations Flow, flow designer - sometimes they use this CSM, IT Service CSDM (want to use eventually) Some CMDB, HAM, SAM This role will administrate, maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and modules for three workstreams: IT Risk Management, IT Service Management, and IT Asset Management, which includes Incidents, Change, Release, Customized Workflows, Asset and CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portal. General Responsibilities: Administrate, maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and modules such as Service Catalog, Event, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset and CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portal. Configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow and related web technologies. Understand business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow modules and custom apps. Ensure appropriate SDLC/Devops process is adhered to when promoting updates through the development/test/production environment. Collaborate with management, business users, developers and various other stakeholders Create supporting system documentation including requirement documents, design documents and training guides. Work on issues and requests for platform assistance including end-user trouble inquiries, regular maintenance, enhancements, and defect fixes. Contribute to the creation of custom reports and dashboards as well as generating KPIs and supporting metrics. Develop solutions that require good knowledge of JavaScript and Glide. *Skills* Servicenow, Itsm, Development, Javascript, rest api, ITAM, ITRM *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Hybrid - 3x days a week between M-Th Mclean - ServiceNow Dev team sits here 12+ months to start *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $78.00/hr.
