Corewell Health Bronchoscopy and Endoscopy departments cover four locations, inpatient at Butterworth and Blodgett Hospitals, and outpatient at Lake Drive and East Paris medical campuses. Along with screening and diagnostics we also offer advanced bronc and endo with our interventionalists. We give our patients the advantage of the latest equipment, and the resources of our health system in the convenience and efficiency of an ambulatory center. Working in collaboration with two supervisors and our RN Manager, this team drives operational efficiencies and care for our patient population. Scope of work Assumes shift accountability for managing, supervising, and coordinating the operational and financial effectiveness and efficiency of the nursing service/ unit of the hospital. Some service lines may require the ability to be available for on-call to better support the nursing service/unit. Additionally, Inpatient Supervisors may be required to fill-in for the hospital supervisor as needed. Key responsibilities include assisting with the following: clinical support, unit based goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy and procedure development and interpretation, performance improvement, performance correction, and coaching and mentoring.
