Job Description The Outdoor Activities/Fly Fishing Department Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outdoor Activities while reporting to the Director of Recreation. Additionally coordinating, guiding and teaching fly fishing techniques to guests and members. Working to create guests for life, by proactively embracing service standards, adhering to safety regulations and gaining the knowledge to assist guests with any and all needs. You will provide instruction to people who are either new to fly fishing or who want to develop their technique in the sport. You will be expected to teach basic fishing skills to children, as well as do fly tying, clinics and lessons. Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners
