Community Development Planner Town of Adams The Adams Community Development Department is seeking an energetic individual to perform a wide range of duties in development review, project implementation, and community planning. Position assists in all aspects of the Town's CDBG Program, including development of funding applications, project and contract management, and grant reporting. Works with Director to administer the Adams Housing Rehabilitation Program, CDBG program/project monitoring and compliance, and assist in managing departmental budgets, including CDBG. Candidates should be highly motivated, able to manage multiple assignments, and possess excellent communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3-5 years' experience, or any equivalent combination. Position is grant funded and full-time (35 hour/week).
