Specifically, you'll lead the onboarding strategy for the Customer Success Unit (CSU), partnering closely with business stakeholders to design, evolve, and scale impactful programs. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business partners in the Customer Success Unit (CSU) organizations by aligning and adapting existing team practices, processes and tools and innovating new solutions as neededManage all aspects of the CSU onboarding programs for Worldwide Learning executing through program/project management excellenceContribute to our agentic-first onboarding strategyRepresent CSU customer-facing roles in existing and new virtual onboarding programs within our portfolio differentiating curriculum and experiences for maximum learner impactDevelop and maintain effective communications and relationships across your business partners and stakeholder community Drive innovation and experimentation into onboarding programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learnersBe data-driven, focusing metrics and learner's experience in decision-making and shaping the learner experienceEmbrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while looking to achieve more through technology and innovationOtherEmbody our culture and values |
