Benefits Manager, NA This position is remote and based in CO The Benefits Manager, North America, will report to the Manager, Payroll & Benefits, North America and will play a critical role in the design, delivery, and administration of benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Canada. This leader will ensure that all benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's broader talent strategy. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for vendor management, employee education, regulatory compliance, leave administration and continuous optimization of health, welfare, retirement, and time-off programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits strategy, data analysis, and employee experience, along with strong collaboration across People & Culture, Legal, and Finance teams.
