Description Sr Solutions Manager The Sr Solutions Manager has accountability for leading a multi-functional work team with the goal of developing winning, accurate, implementable and profitable contract logistics solutions. Your role on the team: Manages a client solution through scope discovery, gathering data, modeling, internal review, and client approval Develops client transportation management system solutions including billing, reporting and visibility Guides the business and organization through product setups, integration best practices, and client interviewing strategies Defines and justifies the business case of the Solution to the customer and internal groups Documents the technical and functional specifications of the TMS Solution and reports to appropriate internal and external groups Serves as the subject matter expert on TMS packages including Mercury Gate Interfaces with other supply chain systems including warehouse management systems to facilitate a comprehensive solution across business units Presents proposed solutions to customers and senior leadership Develops client product offerings in partnership with external and internal developers Leads client meetings as the Subject Matter Expert Produces and updates client solution design throughout the sales cycle and handover to implementation Manages client expectations by providing expert functional and product recommendations Leads the relationship with Business Development in identifying or qualifying leads Manages Solutions Engineers, Analysts, and Managers to include: interviewing, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and guidance Other duties as required and assigned What you need: (requirements) Experience Minimum 6 years related experience and/or training with Transportation Management Systems, supply chain, or 3PL; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 4 year's experience with Mercury Gate TMS product Prior management experience preferred Operations experience preferred PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) What you gain from joining our team: Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through First Stop Health is available on the first day of employment!
