Job Summary:The goal of the Financial & Process Analyst is to provide relevant, reliable, and consistent transparency of financial and sales data to the Management team and other decision-makers. The analyst extracts information from company software to build reports that drive informed decisions and will be responsible for controlling key processes and accounts for accuracy and completion. This role will act as a key driver for process optimization, responsible for reviewing, standardizing, and improving finance-related business processes, with a particular focus on leveraging the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA. The analyst should be self-driven in developing and completing projects to enhance business productivity in all aspects and areas. This position will work closely with the Finance Team to achieve reporting deadlines and will have exposure to the senior management team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES The duties of this role are dynamic, with an expected allocation of time as outlined below. Physical Requirements: This position, at times, will require work to be performed in outdoor areas where hot, cold, dust, wet conditions, and rough terrain exist. Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
