Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic link between business teams and IT, ensuring systems support key functions like procurement, production, inventory, and sales.
  • Gather and translate business needs into system enhancements, process improvements, and actionable reporting.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts, collaborating with users, vendors, and developers to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Design and deliver scalable solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support data-driven decisions on system upgrades and investments.
  • Develop and test optimized workflows, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Document processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Act with urgency and ownership to remove roadblocks and improve user experience.
  • Support project delivery by managing tasks and timelines in coordination with the PMO.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working in /with manufacturing principles and associated business processes.
  • Experience configuring and working with integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence; Demonstrated ability to prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills; Team first mentality; Business and goal oriented
