Paid Growth Operations Manager-Direct Mail and Email

Long term contract thru March 2026

Fully remote- Must be able to work EST hours

Our client, the #1 job site in the world is seeking an operations manager to support Marketing and Direct Mail and Paid Email programs. This individual will split their times between two team- Direct Mail and Paid Email providing operational and analytical support across both channels.

Responsibilities: International Support



  1. Maintain and update Customer Success (CS) dashboards and facilitate CS communications via Slack for both Direct Mail and Paid Email programs.
  2. Create and update landing pages in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  3. Conduct QA for promo codes to ensure accuracy and functionality.


Direct Mail Support:



  • Track and update quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and other key documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
  • QA goals, budgets, incremental spending, and reinvestment updates to ensure accuracy in internal tools such as Uptempo.
  • Serve as the initial contact for campaign reports, conduct QA checks, update performance data in Direct Mail tracking systems, and assist with performance calculations.
  • Act as the primary vendor liaison for the self-serve data selection tool, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage requisitions and ensure all purchase orders (POs) and invoices are tracked and sent out appropriately.


Paid Email Support:



  • Track quotes, update documents, and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Manage localization processes for email and landing page copy across various markets
  • Maintain document control and improve processes to enhance e ciency.
  • QA goals, budgets, incremental spend, and reinvestment updates to ensure accuracy in internal tools such as Uptempo.
  • Serve as the initial contact for campaign reports, conduct QA checks, update performance data in tracking systems, and assist with performance calculations.
  • Ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are tracked and sent out appropriately.


Qualications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, marketing, or project management roles.
  • Background in marketing analytics, data management, or localization workows.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in QA processes and data validation.
  • Prociency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Workfront).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing concepts, including Direct Mail and Paid Email, is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendor partners.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
