ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a CRM Development Manager to build out campaigns, templates, and content blocks for our CRM channels: email, push and browser notifications, banners, and content cards. This position will have lead responsibility for developing the creative and campaign assets, testing, and QA for all our consumer-facing programs. They will take our campaigns to the next level and by leaning into the full capability suite of Braze to make our campaigns highly personalized, dynamic, and relevant. It interfaces primarily with Marketing partners accountable for campaign business results, and operations team members responsible for end-to-end campaign execution.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize HTML/CSS, liquid coding, and CRM best practices to create and code content blocks and templates for email, push and browser notifications, in-app banners, and content cards
  • Test code to ensure flawless rendering across all browsers, devices, and ESPs; troubleshooting code as needed
  • QA campaigns to ensure content, links, and rendering are working as expected
  • Apply the best practices in email development and accessibility
  • Maintain and update templates and content blocks in Braze
  • Drive innovation in our campaigns by surfacing new recommendations that leverage Braze capabilities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years experience developing email campaigns with HTML/CSS
  • 4+ years experience with Liquid or Ampscript coding
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level CRM platform and developing templates and content blocks for email, push, and in-app banners; Braze experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency coding dynamic/personalized modules in CRM channels that call in content via APIs
  • Experience with email QA and testing processes
  • Experience working with e-mail testing tools such as Litmus
  • Proficient in photoshop and other Adobe CS products
  • Overall positive attitude, team-player orientation, and willingness to be flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and operations teams
  • Work independently in a structured team without close supervision
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with Digital, Media, and Entertainment
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-155,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
