Medical Assistant Chevy Chase MD Pay From: $19 Per Hour MUST: Medical Assist with 3 years of recent private practice -medical office experience Medical Assistant diploma Must have strong phlebotomy skills Ability to take vitals Comfortable working in the GI field Administer injections EKG's Must be able to work in a high volume setting Experience rooming patients and assisting with exams and procedures Must be able to take vitals Must have strong experience utilizing EMR DUTIES: The duties of the medical assistant include but are not limited to the following: Room patients Obtain vitals Draw blood Perform EKG's Administer injections Assist with exams and procedures Document information in EMR Prepare vials for processing including labeling Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
