Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E's electric distribution overhead and underground facilities. Position Summary Oversee data for electric capital construction and maintenance projects throughout service territory. Manage team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence (BI) Developers, Database Administrators (DBAs), and Visualization Designers. The Data Architect & Tools, Supervisor, will lead the centralization and oversight of data flow, structure, and reporting across the organization. Job Responsibilities This role is responsible for designing and maintaining efficient data architecture, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of data to support timely and strategic decision-making. By unifying data functions and implementing best practices in data governance and reporting, this position will drive organizational affordability, reduce redundancy, and enhance the overall value of our data assets. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although, we estimate the successful candidate hired into this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
