Job Title: Operations Processor 3 - Lockbox Team Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extension) Key Responsibilities: * Review and process Lockbox change requests received via AES across multiple sites. * Maintain and update reports using Excel and Microsoft Word. * Track requests across multiple systems and ensure weekly balancing. * Communicate professionally via email with internal teams and clients. Required Skills: * Excel (Intermediate) - for tracking and reporting. * Microsoft Word (Intermediate) - for request documentation and updates. * Strong attention to detail and ability to learn Lockbox workflows. * Good email communication skills and professional language usage. Preferred Experience: * Prior Lockbox operations experience is a plus. * Familiarity with customer details, account specifications, and workflow processes. * Investigative mindset and strong computer skills (more analytical than Ops Processor 1 role). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.41/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
