*Position Summary: *
We're seeking a hands-on SDET with at least 6+ years with strong development experience and a passion for AI/ML-driven test automation. This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from development into QE and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. *Position Details: * * Design, implement, and maintain AI/ML-powered test automation frameworks using LLMs. * Analyze and enhance AI/ML-generated test cases; identify gaps and improve coverage. * Develop and maintain automation libraries and utilities across UI, API, and backend layers. * Collaborate across teams to support end-to-end testing in a cloud-native environment (AWS). * Contribute to low-code/no-code AI/ML integration within internal frameworks.cs-to ensure robust and scalable software delivery. *Required Skills and Qualifications * * 6+ years of experience working as a Developer, QA Engineer, or SDET working in Agile scrum teams OR Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or similar. * Hands-on experience in software development and test automation, advanced concurrent programming skills in Java/Python, exposure to AI-assisted development tools, and automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, etc. * Min 2 years of experience with AI-based test case generation and implementation of AI tools * Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, Python, and database querying beyond just select and delete * Strong coding skills in Java, Selenium, Python. * Proficient in API testing (Rest Assured) and complex SQL queries (joins, unions, stored procedures). * Experience with AWS, including understanding of MFA/token handling in automation. * Exposure to 3-tier architecture: client-facing UI, middleware, and backend systems. * Experience integrating open-source AI tools into custom frameworks. * Familiarity with tech transformation projects (e.g., on-prem to AWS/.NET). * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate AI outputs statistically. *Position Logistics: * * Location: Austin TX or Fort Mill, SC Hybrid 3 days weekly * 5 months contact-to-hire full time *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
