Summary of Primary Functions: Oversee and assist in the issuing and receiving of inventory parts. Oversee the assembly of daily lifting devices, cleaning chucks, brick cutting, unloading of trucks and changing torch tanks. Responsible for the inventory of the items within the warehouse. Responsible for the safety, quality and production of the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

  • Issuing supplies and tools.

  • Loading tools and materials on carts for pours using consolidated bill of materials.

  • The receiving of tool and material carts after pour; return leftover material to storage bins and adjust inventory counts.

  • Inspecting torches daily, repair and service and change tanks as necessary.

  • Unloading trucks and stock bins after bins are received.

  • Preparing material orders to be shipped for erection, handling jobsite material requests and all material orders for repair work orders.

  • Inspecting, repairing, cleaning, and assembling vise chucks and hold down devises.

  • Repairing all broken tools such as hoes, brooms, hammers, bolt cutters, wheel barrows, etc.

  • Monthly and Annual inventory.

  • This position is a leadership role for production. As a company representative to all crew members, this individual must be able to listen and communicate appropriately in any situation. Must be capable of responding to production with very high sense of urgency.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
