What you'll be doing...

We're looking for someone who can use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You'll analyze internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new products, forecast sales, and provide decision support through the life of the product. You will be working with multiple partners and balancing their needs to craft the direction of our new offerings and enable the product team to bring the best new products to market.

  • Driving new product development and launches with data-driven insights.

  • Creating best-in-class marketing communications experiences.

  • Aligning campaigns requirements between marketing and sales channels.

  • Creation, maintenance and continual improvement of new and existing lead list Adobe Workflows.

  • Translating marketing campaigns into clear and concise channel communications to drive excitement and contacts.

  • Ensuring the highest quality for all communications across all intended vehicles. Conduct Quality Assurance and Peer Reviews sessions.

  • Evaluating and testing various alternative approaches and recommending the path forward.

  • Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.

  • Supporting the product team with decisions related to new concepts based on data analytics.

  • Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.

What we're looking for...

You believe that proven data should be behind every important decision. You are a numbers person but you also have a strategic approach. You bring both business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace-and not just theory and numbers. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. People trust you based upon your thoughtful and detailed analyses.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Product management or technical consulting experience.

  • Behavior/predictive analysis and/or data analytics development experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Engineering.

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field. Ideally, an MBA.

  • Balanced the needs of multiple partners.

  • Product development or analytics experience in the technology sector.

  • SQL for Oracle, Teradata and/or GCP.

  • Hadoop and Map/Reduce experience.

  • Familiarity with data visualization software. Ideally, COGNOS, Tableau, AEP, or AJO.

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages. Ideally, Python or Perl.

  • Business Intelligence Certification (CPBI).

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $98,500.00 - $188,000.00.
