The Senior Manager, Solutino Archnitect is responsible for assessing and defining the architectural vision of Tier 1 and Tier 2 end to end solutions for Fraud, Credit, and Collections decision engine configurations for both new and existing customers, as well as the supporting technology capabilities and infrastructure. This role plays a critical, technical role leading scoping discussions, determining tech feasibility, contributing to the vision and overall delivery of the strategy. This role combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and thought leadership to enhance system performance, improve process efficiencies, and drive the integration of emerging technologies.Senior Manager is also responsible for attracting, hiring, retaining a high performing, team of Software Configuration owners, other members of technical staff, and Managers to support products and platforms. This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your direct teams with partner organizations, dependent IT engineering teams, and supporting vendors. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
